Patient Retention Program for Clincal Trials

Objective

The Oliver Patch Project in collaboration with Innovative Trials will develop an adaptable core program that supports and empowers children/teens participating in a clinical trial.  

This program has two principal areas of support:  

1. The Milestone Program  

Milestones are defined as significant events in the development of a person. They represent a breakthrough or turning point; a challenge overcome and worthy of celebration. 

2. Enrollment in the Oliver Patch Project Patch of Positivity program. 

The Patch of Positivity program provides patches, cards, and animations to each trial participant every month for 12 months. 

By combining these two programs this collaboration will help each child/teen/family member maintain resilience and strength throughout the course of the trial, empowering them to find their inner warrior as they endure life changing events. 

Concept and Asset Development - $60,000

  • Up to 10 Web Pages on OPP website (one for each milestone). Click here for example 

  • Up to 10 Animated Videos with positive messaging (one for each milestone).  

  • Up to 10 English Voiceovers needed for character development (one for each milestone)  *** copy to be provided by Innovative Trials *** 

  • Additional voiceovers in other languages to be reviewed and quoted as required 

  • UP to 10 Coloring Pages (one for each milestone) 

  • Graphic assets for all milestone characters will be provided to Innovative Trials for as needed. 

  • Social reels (one for each animated character – Up to 10 characters) to be used for Innovative Trials social media messaging

Hard Deliverables - Include

  • 1 Welcome Card (in Milestone Box) inviting families to enroll in the Patches of Positivity program. 

  • 1 Clinical Trial Welcome Patch 

  • 1 Custom Designed Milestone/Marker Box  

  • Up to 10 milestone Character Patches (same patch will be used for each trial) 

  • Up to 10 milestone Patches, custom backer and QR Code the links to custom webpage for each (blind links to be hosted on OPP website) 

  • Croc Charms (one of each character – up to 10)  

  • 1 year enrollment into Oliver Patch Project’s Patches of Positivity Program

  • If additional characters are required over the included 10, these will be billed at $1,500.00/character 

  • Web Page for each Including  

  • Animated Video with positive messaging   

  • Voiceover in English 

  • Additional voiceover work to be reviewed and quoted as required 

  • All Copy to be provided by Innovative Trials  

  • 1 Coloring Page per character  

  • Digital Assets
